Proximity keys are IP68 and IK08 certified (waterproof and highly-resistant to shock). They have a metal ring so they can be attached to a key ring and contain a non-editable 14-character alphanumeric code. The code is etched to simplify key programming and ID. These cards host a Mifare Plus smart card (chip) that guarantees card uniqueness and prevents cloning thanks to its AES 128 bit encryption and to FDI controllers/readers. The 1356/11 proximity keys are compatible with all FDI Mifare Plus 13.56 MHz readers and recommended for use with the Easy Door Controller system and iPassan.
