The contracting of the SUP (So'ware Upgrade Plan) for IndigoPro is mandatory for the first 12-months, at the time of purchase. In other words, the client contracts the camera licenses of the platform that he wants / needs, as well as as many SUPs for 12 months as cameras / licenses contracted.
